Jay Resseguie, Ed.D. - Founder

Dr. Resseguie is a transatlantic leadership and communication specialist with more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations across the U.S. and Europe. Jay has a doctorate in Leadership and his focus is on organizational development,  German–American behavior systems and inclusive practices. By drawing on two decades in European–American organizations, he supports work in emotional intelligence, team development and data‑informed decision‑making. Jay now advises international organizations on leadership communication, intercultural collaboration and AI‑supported innovation, and is known for his human‑centered approach and commitment to equity.

Dr. Gath is a strategic consultant specializing in communication, leadership development and organizational behavior in international and transatlantic contexts, with a particular focus on German–American collaboration. She has more than 25 years of experience in communication, behavioral science, leadership training, coaching and adult education. Kat supports leaders and teams to strengthen clarity, collaboration and human‑centered decision making. Kat has a PhD in Healthcare Communication and is fluent in four languages. She integrates intercultural insight, adult learning principles and ethical AI literacy to help organizations build inclusive, psychologically safe cultures that reduce burnout and enable sustainable, meaningful change.
